K. CONNIE KANG: Filipinos Happy With Life in U.S., but Lack United Voice

A dose of fear.

Jeremiah [Yirmiyahu]: let not the rich man [ashir] glory in his riches [b’oshro]

I like how this one turned out. Mahal (love/expensive) written in traditional #Baybayin. So why did I just wrote the Ma Ha characters? What about the L? The traditional way to write the script is to only write the syllables. The reason for that was because each stroke had to be economic in the effort since it was laborious to scratch the bamboo. Since we knew each other in the tribe, we knew the role each person played and the words they would speak. For example, the tribe #Babaylan would write different words compared to the warrior. When the Spanish arrived, they tried to alter the script to have the consonants so that THEY could read it even without context. After trying to "modernize" our script on THEIR terms, we were then taught to hate our own brown skin, noses, names, etc. We rejected the modernization back then because it altered the spirit of the script. In a modern context, I would write non-Philippine words using the modification but for non-colonial words like Mahal, should be written traditionally. I understand how it may seem weird or "off" but we must look at it from the lens of our ancestors, not our westernized eyes and minds. Basically, if someone is trying to read your script and they don't know your context, you can gift it to them if you like. Now you have a story to tell and discussions to be had. If I added the L, that wouldn't happen #prefilipino #calligraphy #art #sketchtuesdays

Simon Jacobson: Asher is both prosperity and pleasure. Asher is the dimension of blessing beyond the norm – to be given more than what is necessary for survival. Asher is the personality of not just getting what you need, but also enjoying it.
Hailee Steinfeld: Happy November my loves. This is going to be a good month…

בִּנְיָמִין נְתָנְיַהוּ: Today, we are taking a major step toward advancing the supply of gas in the State of Israel. Natural gas will be the number one growth engine, in Israel, in the coming years. We are talking about an investment of very many billions of dollars, already, over the next two years, and the creation of related industries, which will provide many jobs, for the citizens of Israel. The gas supply will help lower energy costs and the cost of living. It also gives energy independence to Israel. We will not be dependent on foreign energy sources - this is very important for the State Israel. It will pump hundreds of billions of shekels, over the next 20 years, to the citizens of Israel, to the social welfare, education and health budgets - which is very important to the country.

Mrs. Shira Smiles: Melekh Ha’Moshiakh comes from S’dm; Melekh Ha’Moshiakh comes from Avraham Avinu’s treemendous love…

Mrs. Shira Smiles: His biological DNA comes from Lot ~ comes from Lot’s Daughters ~ because, to really be Melekh Ha’Moshiakh, you have to have within you an understanding of the entire World to be Abel to judge them, to be Abel to understand them, and to be Abel to bring them closer to Hashem

Mrs. Shira Smiles: Women are not the ones that greet guests. Women don’t go out to greet the Men. The Men do. Ah, if that’s the law that Women don’t go out and Men do, therefore we know ~ and ET can be established in heaven, as well ~ Moabite Women are not responsible for not going out to greet the Jewish People, later on in His Story, and, therefore, Moabite Women are allowed to marry Jewish Men. Now that he knows that Moabite Women are allowed to marry Jewish Men, he knows, now, he can save Lot, from Lot can come Moav, from Moav can come Roos (Root frum Moav und Na’amah frum Ammon), and, therefore, they are allowed to be the Mothers av Melekh Ha’Moshiakh:

Mrs. Shira Smiles: In the meantime, we have lost that aspect of Avraham’s hesed; ET was inherited, instead, by Lot and his descendants Moav: this special type of hesed has been passed down from generation to generation, in dormant form, by the descendants av David Ha’Melekh…

Mrs. Shira Smiles: We FIND ourselves, in S’dm: we have to FIND the David in S’dm; we have to FIND the Melekh in S’dm.

Mrs. Shira Smiles: Literally, he sees that his tefillah went up in smoke:

||As I was setting up my camera on a table for a timer-controlled self-portrait, there were two guys who also came up and one of them took my photo.||

Bnei Lot are of an ancient origin. In the migratory tradition of Ruth begun more than two millennia ago, a remnant of David and Solomon migrated into Maritime Southeast Asia which comprises what is now Brunei, East Timor, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, The Philippines, and Singapore, as well as Melanesia, Micronesia, and Polynesia, with a sizeable minority of Malays migrating back to their tribal allotments in Sephardic Judah, besides Terrestrial and Figurative Jordan.
