AVI BINUR: MERCY GATE בָּרוּךְ הַשֵׁם
Dov Bar-Leib: Is this the dawning of the age of the Water Bucket? Aquarius, the equivalent Mazal of the Water Bucket for the Umot HaOlam, has a face because HaShem hands the keys to rain to the angels overseeing the nations of the world. But in E. Yisrael, HaShem does NOT hand the keys to rain to any angel to dispense rain in Eretz Yisrael. Here in the Holy Land, HaShem reserves the keys to rain for Himself. The one thing we can say about months where the Mazal does not have a face is that during those months HaShem does not use angelic intermediaries and is therefore very, very close. So In E. Yisrael alone, the Water Bucket does not have a face. So the Dawning of the Age of the Water Bucket is when the wicked cease to receive their reward in any world (this world or in the next world either).

Bnei Lot are of an ancient origin. In the migratory tradition of Ruth begun more than two millennia ago, a remnant of David and Solomon migrated into Maritime Southeast Asia which comprises what is now Brunei, East Timor, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, The Philippines, and Singapore, as well as Melanesia, Micronesia, and Polynesia, with a sizeable minority of Malays migrating back to their tribal allotments in Sephardic Judah, besides Terrestrial and Figurative Jordan.
