Sh'ma: Ironically, we were the lucky ones. Joseph Ileto, a Filipino postal worker shot later that day was not so fortunate. I have devoted much time over the past years to work for common sense gun laws. My goal in life is to prevent others from experiencing gun violence. I’ve accepted this responsibility on behalf of the people who weren’t as lucky as I was — people like Joseph Ileto.
